MANY ASK HOW AVIELLA'S SOLO SHOW CAME ABOUT:
At age 8, after becoming the "Fairport Youth Idol," in her hometown, Aviella decided that she was going to put together her own 1/2 hr. solo show of songs that she loved to sing, of which she wanted to perform for others!  Singing at the family birthday parties wasn't enough. It all started with a small karaoke machine, hours of researching music and lyrics that she loved, and picking her own props to go along with each song. With her great-grandmother's passing, she had a strong urge to do something for the elderly and to volunteer, so she immediately began volunteering to perform her show while visiting the Nursing Homes... and soon after, she performed her show for the Pediatric Psychiatric Unit at the Hospital.  She was so rewarded by the smiles, clapping hands and tapping feet, and she knew that this was what she was destined to do.  The following Summer, she began to sing her 1/2 hr. karaoke act at a local coffee shop, and at a few local gigs in town. Aviella was prepared with a few different 1/2 hr. shows depending on the gigs she was performing for.... popular radio hits for the coffee shop... Broadway & Princess songs for children's shows at the Strong National Museum of Play & Pediatric Unit at the Hospital... and an older genre of music for the elderly at the Nursing Homes. Aviella was also booked to perform Hannah Montana and Princess themed birthday parties for children.  Soon Aviella began to spread quickly throughout the City, and requests to book her for the City's main festivals and events began to grow...and before she knew it, she was booked solid for the entire Summer. It was at age 10, that Aviella took an interest in guitar and was ready to say goodbye to the karaoke machine and replace it with live music.  She picked up a guitar and began performing out with it after only 2 months.  She then immediately began adding the guitar into her 1/2 hr. show, and soon began guest appearing, singing and playing her guitar with several different local bands in the Restaurant scene, and even booked to perform at The Great New York State Fair! At the end of 2008, her show was in such demand, and with many requests for her to do a FULL HOUR show, Aviella busily began to put together an HOUR of her vocals along with her guitar to music's most popular hits from different genres of Country, Oldies, Pop, Rock, Patriotic and Broadway, along with her own originals...a show that's great for families and ALL ages! In 2009, at age 11 (turning 12), Aviella began to perform HER ONE HOUR SOLO SHOW for the City's main and largest festivals & events, and also several performances at The Great New York State Fair and more! 2009 held to be the busiest year for Aviella, as she was booked solid and even double booked each and every weekend, performing her show all Summer long. Aviella is often known for her bright and colorful styles of clothing and guitars on stage!  You may see Aviella perform with her many different guitars...from her black and white polka dot electric, to her pink custom made acoustic, also American Flag colored pick guard on her red electric guitar, to a few others.  She has a story and name behind each one!! If you are able to visit one of her shows, you will most likely hear of their different names and interesting stories!  Aviella continues to help others by selling autographed pictures and multi-colored beaded "pick bracelets" after each show, as she donates a portion of the proceeds to the Soldier's Angels Organization, as well as several other organizations and good causes!  Aviella is already being booked to perform her show for the upcoming 2010 schedule of festivals and events!  If interested in booking (& you can also view her schedule by clicking on "events" at the top of her main page), please feel free to click on "contact" above, for direct booking information and details.  Thank-You!
